FULL-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (Full-time), Tulsa Based (Hybrid)
Role Overview: As a Social Media Coordinator at July Digital Studio you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement. You will play an important role in enhancing our client’s online presence and driving brand awareness. We are looking for a self-starter who will thrive at a start-up and has the desire and grit to grow.
Company Overview: July Digital Studio is a boutique social media agency based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We focus on serving the health, wellness, fitness, and CPG sectors. Our services include social media strategy and management, content creation, paid ads, and branding.

Analytics
Responsibilities:
Work with the Social Media Manager and team to execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Ideate and create engaging content, including TikToks, IG Reels, and other platform-native formats.
Stay ahead of social media trends and produce timely, relevant content that drives engagement.
Assist with filming and editing social videos for client accounts.
Schedule, post, and manage content for up to four client accounts while ensuring brand consistency.
Write compelling social media copy tailored to each brand’s voice.
Manage and engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Proactively interact with audiences to build relationships and brand loyalty.
Coordinate content approvals and revisions with clients and internal teams.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep strategies innovative.
Track and analyze key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
Prepare monthly and annual analytics reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of proven full-time experience in a social media role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practice
Highly detail-oriented
Creative and able to develop unique social media content ideas.
Excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Must have some experience in managing business social media accounts
Must have experience with social media community management and engagement
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly creative with a keen eye for visual content
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and handle tight deadlines
